Socket Mobile barcode scanners connect over Bluetooth in two form factors: handheld and attachable. The handheld models come in standard colorful (SocketScan Models: S700 – linear imager; S730 – laser; S740 – 2D) and durable (DuraScan IP54 dust and water rated D700 linear imager, D730 laser, and D740 and D750, 2D). The attachable models (S800 linear imager and S850 2D) attach to a smartphone with a Klip or DuraCase holder for one handed scanning or to a tablet with a Klip. The Company offers passport readers (D760 and S860). The Company also offers a handheld contactless reader/writer – model D600 – for data capture using Near Field Communications (NFC) and is providing developers with the NFC S500 token catcher for desktop use.
